The Darwin Initiative
Darwin Project awarded for quality of course materials
The Darwin project Conservation Management Training and Capacity Building in Sub-Saharan Africa, in partnership with the Centre for Environment, Agriculture and Development (CEAD) at the University of KwaZulu Natal, was this year the recipient of an award for excellence from the National Association of Distance Education and Open Learning in South Africa (NADEOSA). This award recognised the high quality of teaching materials produced to support the Protected Area Management Masters Degree Programme delivered jointly by CEAD and the International Centre for Protected Landscapes (ICPL).
