Project description

Purpose

To establish a properly functioning and equitable fund to compensate local villagers for arresting degradation and deforestation in and around Cat-tien National Park This will be financed through international carbon markets and ensure the local development of institutional structures to accept, manage and spend funds while introducing alternative livelihoods.
