Claim forms

Note that the forms on this page relate to claims either for the period 1st April 2010 to 31st March 2011 or for the period 1st April 2011 to 31st March 2012.

Please ensure that you download the form for the financial year your claim relates to. If you are unsure which form to use please contact Eilidh Young. See also note (4).

(1) Final claim form 2010/11
Only for projects ending on or between 01 April 2010 and 31 March 2011.
(2) Final claim form 2011/12
Only for projects ending on or between 01 April 2011 and 31 March 2012.
(3) Self-auditing
All Darwin main round and post projects starting on or after 1 April 2009 are required to submit an audit of project expenditure at the end of the project. Further information is available here.
(4) Year, round and ref
Round 17 projects start in 2010/11 and have reference numbers 18-XXX.
Round 18 projects start in 2011/12 and have reference numbers 19-XXX.
